It's true to length. I ordered a 24 inch wig, which is a plus in my book, it shedded when I brushed it but that's it!! Ok so let me first start off with customer service it was EXCELLENT. I wanted a seller that had fast shipping and let me tell you it fast. My order was sent out the next day of purchase. I mentioned to the seller that I needed it for my anniversary and I received extra gifts. The hair is soft, a bit of a smell but nothing a wash couldn’t fix and I also received a band already stitched to the wig for the perfect fit. The lace bleached perfectly and the parting on the frontal is exceptional. The isn’t much need for plucking. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will definitely shop again.
