This hair is gorgeous , this vendor is the best! Communication with them is easy I ordered a 20 in closure but they notified me right away they didn’t have any available due to shortage and I was able to switch to an 18in closure. Very bad communication. Sent me the wrong lengths in closure because of the shortage and I understood. They have yet to send me my refund for the price difference. I have been communicating with them for about 2weeks with still no resolution for how they messed up my entire order
